Speaker is disappointed that there is no demonstration of the code they are going to show.

The code that they show doesn't do what it says is doing, because it's hiding the content of the S elements. Speaker is sceptical about the accessibility of the tool. They don't trust AI and coding unless it points to the resources where it pulled information from. Speaker hasn't signed up for the MD n Plus account yet. They will check it out another time. Speaker will see them 15 minutes after the hour.

They have a new tool called A I help. It's designed to help web developers improve their search processes. Speaker is excited about a new feature that allows people to ask questions and it should spit out their stuff.

Speaker wants to include a smelt component in their Astro project. They need to use felt with astral and then resources. Speaker doesn't have access to MD n plus yet, so they don't know if it's similar to the Astro dot build, Houston, AI thing. They want to help connect people to the expansive mdn database.

So it's trained on all the data in mdn so that you will be able to ask you a question.

It will pull from that knowledge base and give you an actual answer.

Now the thing is, I don't know if it gives you link to The Source where it got the answer from, right?

Just kind of like how Astro sent give you links to the resources.

I am not sure about that because I haven't tried it for myself, but so it says like ask your question and then results based on mgm's most recent, documentation and powered by open AI G, PT 3 .5, all right.

And so yeah, so they can give you examples they don't really show you, okay?

So they do give you some more stuff here.

So key features, quick access to knowledge.

May I help connects you to the expansive mdn, database offering quick answers to your queries, about apis browser compatibility or coding best practices.

The tool is currently limited to mdn documentation only, which makes sense because that's your asking questions about that, right?

So like the same way, they're asking for feedback, people are giving feedback.

And so here's the actual thing.

So, so another example from this, that's it.

So I guess they asked her the question, right?

And accessibility concerns.

And so the presence of the S element is not announced by most screen reading technology.

It is default configuration.

It can be made to be announced by using the CSS content property along with the before-and-after.

Pseudo elements.

So that's what they were saying here, the CSS the before and after pseudo elements, they're saying, so you see here, So this is the code here.

It's saying that the AI wraps up its explanation with this overall, this code creates a strikethrough effect by hiding the content of the S element and adding visible text before and after it.

And so they're saying this, is this demonstration?

This demonstrable e, demonstrable ear.

All there is no demo of that code showing it in action.

Because yeah because there is no see, there's this, but that's For something else, I guess.

We're going on a developer uses this code and expects the outcome.

The a I said to expect would be disappointed at best.

So the same the code that they show doesn't do what it says is doing, right?

And, Yeah, so yeah, you know, using utilizing inaccessible code may have legal ramifications whole bunch of so it's interesting read, you know, saying you got to go through it if you want to check it out but I mean so hopefully.

And so looks like after all that, I think they're there.
