Speaker is back. They are jet-lagged and when they went to sit up, they found out that they had lost their adapter. They had to buy a new one. Speaker created Works to help them set aside time to get things done. They will come up to take a break session for people who have just finished a work session.

Speaker is using speech recognition to turn their speech into text so that when people jump into the site and mid break session, it doesn't look like it's frozen. They explain how the break session will be recorded and how it will be saved.

I will give a stretch so it has been quite the day.

I am still jet-lagged and when I went to sit up Like I was missing my adapter.

I like, I have no clue.

My adapter is, this is always happens.

When I travel, I don't, I don't know where my adapter is, so I had to get a backup adapter, and so anything there, and I got my new day lost soul, t-shirt, where it up Saturdays or less, getting Jam named Saturdays, and so I am doing all right, but it's been a whole thing, so let us just get into it.

This is until-- it dots.

Works is a thing that I made.

Basically to help me get things done.

So I can hold myself accountable because if I am type person, if I don't set aside time, I will never find time.

I will never make time to do anything that I have been wanting to actually do.

So until the dot works, is a thing where I created.

So that I am by a computer to do like these quick live streams or break sessions.

So under that works consists of ciphers are three-hour blocks of time.

We're within each Cipher, there are sessions, there's a work session and a break session break sessions.

Is this I come up here and force you to take a break because you were just in a work session where you just heads down working on what you work on trying to get things completed, right?

So now break session is just time for you to get up, walk around, drink some water, do what you got to do, but just let your mind like Wander from the thing that you're just focusing on.

Let your mind.

I found it on the internet, maybe look at artists website with some music, what have you then?

If you ever happen to one of these bricks sessions and video looks like it's not moving.

That's because browsers.

Don't allow for autoplay video with audio.

And so if you jump into the site and mid break session, may look like it's frozen, that's why I have the notice.

They're saying may need to click play to start the stream, all right?

Also, I am using speech recognition to turn my speech into text so that if you click that open closed caption, hopefully the words I am saying would be accurately transcribed into the space, that opens up.

Then if there's ever interesting anything, interesting, during these break sessions, you're like, oh, that's pretty cool.

We can always equip it out.

And use click, add a clip and will that do is Mark a timestamp and then you get five time stamps before.

If you can close, if you can click that create a highlight video before I shut down.

The break session will happen, is it will save those timestamps?

It will then take the recorded video of the break session.

Take the time stamps and cut them out dreamed.

Together.

And then you will be able to preview the completed video later and I will show you where you can check that out.

All right, then there are the countdown timer countdowns, the wind next work, session happens.

And then there's the, if you want to join the chat room to chat or ask questions.

Session will look something similar to this.

Alright, so this is the work session.

Now, yours may look different because the background image is, it's randomly selected.

So there's that's random nature image upper right-hand corner.

We have the menu and then under subscribe.

That's what you subscribe to get notified when we go live.

There's a band camp player with some tracks that some artists submitted super dope.

So if you want to help support artists you go to promote them that way the to do section towards the middle.

That's where you write the things that you want to get done which is a task.

You type it in their hit enter or the plus sign you can click the text of The to do to edit it, you can click X to delete it and you can mark it done by the check box.

If you want to see what you got completed, hit done and I will show you all the things you got completed.

If you click that Twitter icon it will open up Twitter and it will list out all the things you got completed in a tweet that you can then send there's a countdown timer, condo in next break session happens.

Then we have some tutorials there.

So if you don't know about want to do something but you want to get something done.

That's what tutorials there.

Well what happens is it will look where it says highlight is a status submitted.

As a status done, you click view.

You have the preview of the video, you will be able to click to share to Twitter.

And yeah, you will be able to download it as well.

If you were to click view will show you all the different angles that were created, all right?

Now, if your click create, We will present you with this form, you fill out the title, three keywords help, somebody find it and then click create your, then presented with a unique URL that you can copy the URL.

Or you could click the share to Twitter when you join your Jaco.

This is how it looks.

We got some buttons on the side.

You want to leave or open the menu for more options.

We have a chat on the right on the left, we have a countdown timer counter when next break session happens, again, those are 15 minutes after our, you can copy the URL, you can click the share to Twitter again.

And when someone clicks your link, they just don't Up into your room automatically, they're actually going to request adjoining room.

And from there, you can click their username and see open up there, either their Twitter or GitHub, the pen with a logged in with.

And from there, you can decide whether or not you want to approve or deny them.

And if you do approve them, and they chose to be a terrible person, well, you can always ban them.

All right, now only you as the owner of the hakko can share your screen and that's because the whole point of the Jaco is for you to get help with what it is that you're running into, whether it be feedback or like, It may be an error.

By sharing your screen, I believe you can provide more context to help everyone else in the room to help you out.

So by you, sharing your screen, you will be able to show them what you're seeing and then hopefully get the help or feedback that you're looking for the way you communicate is through.

We have the text chat, so you go and enter in your message there at the bottom hit, send will add it to a list of messages.

I also add the ability to enable audio.

So anybody who has an audio chat enabled will be able to speak to and hear each other in the chat, right?

Be able to hear each other for people don't have it enabled, don't worry because your speech will be turned to text and put into the text chat.

All right then I have the opposite where let us say you're not looking at the screen and you just want to kind of still follow along.

Well, you be able to still do that if you enable text to speech.

So any messages that are sent in the text?

That will be read out aloud by your browser and so yeah, there's that.

All right, so this is just a quick run down again.
