Welcome back your dreams were, you're welcome back that same old place that you well then since you but those dreams everything, and they turned around They need you here.

Where we need to have got him on the spot.

Welcome back.

Welcome back.

Welcome back.

Welcome back.

Welcome back, welcome back.

Hey, what's going on y'all?

Welcome back first foremost stretches.

Yeah.

Oh, oh yeah.

Oh, that feels good.

Alright, hopefully, your time has been productive.

Actually got a finished.

All the post radio show promo stuff, right?

And then I also got clean up around the van a little bit, you know, I mean, started some coding stuff.

Working on this thing.

I talked about it last week, so, yeah, but um, yeah, not too bad so far, not too bad so far.

Alright, hopefully, everything is going well in your end as well.

All right, here we go.

So I want to talk about this thing that I came across actually like earlier this morning when I was coming in and I thought was pretty cool because I mean I use it, and so I figured I would try it here and see how it goes, and so we will see.

So I am going to copy and paste the links so that they will be right next to the archive video so you can always click on them and check them out yourself.

But the thing I am talking about let me Share my screen.

Here we go.

I don't need well, include audio just in case.

Alright, so here we go.

So I came across this Twitter, this tweet from stack Blitz, and they said announcing stack with Collections and social.

Previews, my gosh pretty dope.

And so, now, now that these heavily requested features are out, we can't wait to see the previews of collection.

You all will share like to say y'all just from being from the south, I appreciate that.

Alright.

So click on the link, it takes you to this blog post, right?

And I am going to copy and paste that as well.

So, It is a long with a list of Link's beyond the go try to find it.

Alright.

So you can see here says, introducing Collections and social previews, Sean's Tomac.

Let us see.

So over the past few years that Glitz has become home to millions of developers who have created tens of millions of amazing projects.

Some of these are quick, one off experiments.

Some are attended to Are tended to, and long-lasting in many cases, a single project doesn't cut it, it might be the need for usage examples of a specific Library.

A group of demos for a workshop or a conference talk.

Exactly me.

That's what I am doing that for.

Or a set of presets for bug reproductions which makes sense to really like Iran to this bug.

You want to show other people when you have like a whole collection of like these are the bugs and some people go check them out today, we are now seeing a way to organize such Projects into collections.

So then, what is this a quick collection questions?

A dedicated page with his own title description and a set of Link project so you can see here like forms tips, and they have all the different things here.

Cool.

Oh, that's cool.

You can decide that the collection should be accessible to anyone or it's Meant For Your Eyes.

Only interesting.

All the public collection are listed on your profile page.

All right, we will take a look at that soon.

And on a dedicated collections page.

Okay, that's cool.

Let us see.

And then so they have some collections here.

You can check out as well.

Super cool.

Astro, always good to see that cool and then and speaking of sharing a quality content, so they have social preview.

So, like whenever you put like, a link into like Twitter or Facebook, or any sort of like social media, a lot of times it will show like a preview and recalling Meta, Meta tags, and open graph.

So, a lot of times on your website, you would have liked Link to like an image, like description bunch of other stuff title, all these things and it will show up like as a preview.

So they're saying stack looks that stack Blitz users love sharing their projects with the world.

Posting them on Twitter Discord GitHub, internal notion documentation or slack channels.

And so they want the links to provide more meaningful information.

So it gets a heard a lot from content creators because I guess they're saying that like having like the previews, like greatly increases the amount of interactions, your audience have with the posted content.

Cool.

So now they have social previews so when you tweet or message someone attacked project or a collection.

So even the new stuff, it will show this information card, so they can Talk about it here.

That's cool.

All right who did it stats.

Cool so as I said do all that stuff there and I yeah so that's that.

So I figured the reason like what I am going to use it for is just like they said for like projects that have for like workshops and talks.

And because the way, because a lot of times I will just try stuff on stack Blitz before.

I even, I think I showed before, like the layout, I was working off my new project.

Where is it?

So you can see, I have a whole bunch of stuff here, right?

So this is my thing here.

And so think what is this?

The one I showed last time?

I don't remember either there, but you can see, like, I have a whole bunch of stuff here, right?

And so, like, these are just like random projects I was trying, but then here's like some stuff I use for workshops or conference talks, right?

And so it'd be nice to be able to put them all in one place.

So, I have to keep scrolling like, wait, always that, that one, their weight note because like, see I try to name them so that can see him.

But sometimes things get in the way as you can see here, you know, I mean, so I bought all these VC keypads.

There's A web component I made.

But then I have all this other stuff kind of like, in the way sort of right?

So I figured, why not?

Just try and with the new collection, see, no collections found.

It looks like you don't have any collections.

Add a new collection to get started.

Cool.

So here we go.

All right, new collections that I think there's and I also read that you can have like a project in multiple collections.

So I am just going to just name something now.

So this a web components, right components.

Oh man.

Oh jeez.

See this is why I don't do live coding.

I cannot type and because there's Mike is in the way.

Yeah, mumbling.

That oh he's marked down, that's pretty cool.

All right, so let us call it.

I don't know.

Web components demos.

I have no, I should probably put that here.

Okay, demos web components.

Use in workshops and like they said conference talks.

All right, let us see what this?

No, no.

I want to try the social share preview thing.

So let us do this.

Public create Alright, so here we go.

Nice.

So 0 projects.

Okay, looks cool.

Add a product to collection here or I guess here.

Cool.

All right, click this now, search for Project.

Okay, projects to add, okay, so let us try.

It's okay.

So a lot of them are called VC, hyphen key pad, Alright, so let us try it.

Let us add this one.

We just want to just add it right?

Yeah.

And that one.

Main thing.

That's one out of them.

Yeah.

No.

Yeah.

That's right.

That one there.

It's going to add all the fee.

See it be cool.

If it This one here.

Like took out the ones that I am already selected but that neither there.

They that's something I will be coming.

Come try to remember which ones I just added.

Okay.

Because again there's a bunch of them, not that one, not that one.

I added that one.

Add this one.

This one.

There is a lot I should probably just Stop.

Hold on.

I am almost there.

Give me a second.

Mi would do it now, right?

Okay.

Whatever.

Let me add.

Multiple hold on.

Wait.

I think I have got everything.

Let me double check here.

So we got the react start.

Vanilla.

Angular view, start-finish.

Shouldn't there be a, should be a last try.

This one?

Yes, let us just go with that.

Let us roll with that, right?

It's that kind of makes sense.

Because angular view, react and vanilla.

I whatever will just add it again.

I could I am sure I will be able to change this around.

So a date projects.

All right.

Cool, very nice.

So now technically Let me know, I should be able to say I go here.

And let us say I create a tweet with that URL, right?

Okay, nothing showed up.

Okay.

Huh.

How can I?

Okay, I will just post it really quick.

Tweet, I guess and then delete it.

That's what I will do.

Okay, let us see here.

They're not say something in the double check.

Make sure we got everything we good.

Right?

Yeah, that should be good.

Let me see.

Cool and it pulled up.

It might take a minute to actually create the social image as well.

So I should take that into consideration.

Shouldn't be rushing too much.

Okay, so let us try it now and see what happens.

Oh, there we go.

That's pretty cool.

That's pretty slick.

I dig it.

It has like my everything there.

Shasta stack words.

And again, I will post a link to everything there so you can check it out and stuff.

But yeah, it worked, that's kind of amazing.

Shots are really on the team.

So again, you can check out the whole blog post and everything.

So stack Blitz now has Collections and social previews.

I think that's gonna be a thing.

I use a lot because it might even help like, because sometimes I will like have specific like So like they will be because you can like Fork off your like for example like out Fork, one of my demos to do something else for maybe I could specific talk or something and then so that will be helpful for that as well.

So, yeah, I am looking forward to it.

That's a thing that I didn't even know, I need it.

I knew it was kind of like a problem scrolling through all the different project trying to find stuff.

But like it's cool that it's a thing now.

So that's pretty dope.

So again shots of Stack Blitz doing cool stuff.

And yeah, that's pretty much it.

So all right, we will get you all back to work.

Let me see here.

So, yeah.

So now I have this web components demos thing and I can always tweet it out if I want.

Cool.

Oh, and so the views, Is the views on the actual collections not like the total views of the projects themselves.

Wow, 192 on that one.

Okay nice.

But yeah, neither there, this is dope.

It's pretty cool.

So, shouted them, I believe they said they used a puppeteer to generate the image.

So that's how they can keep up like with the total views to keep that updated and stuff as pretty cool.

So yeah, shouts to them.

All right, let me stop sharing.

Where am I?

Here we go.

Cool.

So, are you going to use it?

Let me know.

Share your, your collections with me.

Yeah, I mean, and yeah, we get you all back to work.

Thanks for hanging out.

Yeah, I think I got everything.

Okay, cool.

Let me get you all back to work.

I got to figure out this issue.

I am running into now like I am trying to pull some information from the database and I have done it before but it's a different collection, so I don't know if there's something wrong but it's coming back with an error saying it's not there.

I don't know.

It is.

I think I might do, you know what I might have to allow it?

I will look into that.

Hopefully, I will have it finished.

But remember, you can always come up here.

Share what you find interesting on the internet like a 5-10 minutes?

Acting talk.

And yeah, if not going to take a look at an artist's website, we listen to music, watch the videos.

You know, all the fun stuff.

Maybe you will find a new artist that to enjoy.

All right.

Cool.

See you 15 minutes after the hour again?

Thanks for hanging out.

Yeah, so send you off with some traveling music.

This right here is Anthony Cruz.

AKA butter.

The track is called, thank you.

I want to thank you all again for hanging out.

All right.

See you 15 minutes after our share my screen?

This, this All right.

Thanks, y'all talk to you later.

Anthony Cruz.

AKA butter.

Thank you, see you?

Thanks.
